Common questions

The app shows no stops near me

LDN Due needs your location to find nearby stops. Go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › LDN Due and select While Using the App. You can also search for a stop by name.

The times are wrong or do not show

Live times come from Transport for London (TfL). Make sure that you have an internet connection. If TfL has a problem, the times can be late or missing for a short time.

How do I add a favourite?

Open a stop and tap the star. You can save the whole stop, one bus route, or one Tube line in one direction.

My favourites do not show on my other devices

Favourites sync with iCloud. Make sure that you use the same Apple Account on each device, and that iCloud is on.

How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then add the LDN Due widget. Touch and hold the widget to select a stop, route or line.

How do I use the Apple Watch app?

Install LDN Due on your watch from the App Store on the watch. Your favourites come from your iPhone. The watch gets live times by itself.

Can I hide night buses?

Yes. Open the settings in the app and turn on the option to hide night buses during the day. You can also show arrivals in minutes or as clock times.
